It does look like he uses Krav Magna, although I think he also employs some other stuff as well because it doesn’t look purely KM. Ultimately, if things got really dicey, Bauer would just rip open Bourne’s jugular with his teeth and call it a day.
I would love to see that fight too, especially how Bauer reacts to and copes with Bourne’s hand-to-hand combat techniques. I think Israeli special forces use the same self-defense bourne uses.
I definitely think Bauer would be the victor but Vincent’s pretty tough – and witty. Plus, we needn’t forget Creasy from Man on Fire who is bitchin’ with an RPG.
You’re probably right, though, Bauer & Bourne would be an incredible fight. They both fight dirty. However, Bauer (thankfully) is a noble servant of America whereas Bourne is always raging against the machine and it just gets old.

Jack Bauer, hands down. Bond is a pussy – particularly this latest incarnation of Bond. I would love to see a cagematch between Jack Bauer, James Bond, Ethan Hunt (from Mission Impossible), Jason Bourne, John Creasy (Denzel Washington’s character in “Man on Fire”), and Vincent (Tom Cruise’s character from “Collateral”) and see who wins.
Oh come on, Day Six started out fantastic. Some of the finest four hours the series produced. The writers just lost focus after that and the show suffered. Day 7 started to loose focus until that wonderful twist regarding Tony happened in the last ep. I think it’s time for 24 to end next season & then do films. Clearly, the writers are running out of ideas to maintain a coherent 24-ep season as evidenced by Day 6 & 7. However, they can do great2 hr stories. Day 1 IS the best season. 3 was awful.
i watched season 5 and finsihsed it yesterday. Can someone just tell me how jacks escapes through the china people that kidnapped him at the end! this season looks good!
Could have been the best season yet. The first four hours were the finest four hours produced for the show. I even loved the Bauer Family Villainy Arc. However, getting rid of Grudenko/Fayed mid-season and replacing them with the ridiculously convoluted circuit plot was idiotic at best. Plus, they didn’t have to take out the ineffectual Palmer. This was a chance to map out what policies would likely be implemented by Washington in the event of a coordinated nuclear terror attack against the US.
aaron piecre and jack are the only 2 people in every single season. and i was scared aaron wouldnt b in the 7th, but he was in this weeks episode, yay!!!! and so was morris, and chloe’s child
season 5 was the best , 3 was excellent tooo though , jst took a whille to get into it . this one was a bit of a let down but season 7 is good so far so hopefully it will be brilliant (:

But ive finished watching the 7th’s premier, and it looks promising, and i have good feeling we’ll be seeing more familiar faces.
